Wild_Rose
I'd love to own a Goddess, although I don't get why no 4 knobs and no tune-o-matic bridge??
Richie Grimes
I really love those finishes. Maybe they'll expand them to other models.

tc rocker
I saw a Gibson Les Paul Goddess being sold on either Cleveland or Akron ohio craiglist recently, if anybodys interested. I think it was blue and reasonable.......
Angellus
wow what pickups are those?
Brytam
Wow! Beautiful guitars! I have never seen one of these before. Are they still in production? Very clean with smooth finishes. I like how thew Gibson headstock logo matches the color scheme as well as the locking tuners. What kind of pups come on these? They look color matched as well. I really like the look of these guitars!
mjpinla
I see in these pictures of 2007s (and on the discontinued page of the Gibson site) the Vixens have the Les Paul logo on the headstock. But I just picked up a 2006 and it's plain: Anyone know if all of the 2006s had plain headstocks? Maybe they added "Les Paul model" in 2007 in an effort to boost sales? If so, it obviously didn't work. ;)

mjpinla
Maybe the Goddess had an ebony fingerboard, but the Vixen I have here is definitely Rosewood. And since it's painted, I would be surprised if it had a Figured Maple top. I think those are the Goddess specs... --- Yeah, here you go -- according to the Vixen page (http://www.gibson.com/en-us/Divisions/Gibson%20USA/Guitars/Discontinuted%20Models/Les%20Paul%20Vixen/): Les Paul Vixen FEATURES Light-weight mahogany body Narrow-nut, ‘60s-shaped neck Rosewood fretboard with standard Les Paul frets 490R & 498T Gibson humbuckers for pure Les Paul tone BODY Top Species: Mahogany NECK Species: Mahogany Profile: Classic Nut Width: 1.695" Neck Joint Location: 16 FINGERBOARD Species: Rosewood Scale Length: 24 3/4" Number of Frets: 22 Inlays: Diamond HARDWARE Plating Finish: Chrome Bridge: Wraparound Knobs: Black Top Hat Machine Heads (Tuners): Grover Kidney ELECTRONICS Neck Pickup: 490R Bridge Pickup: 498T Controls: One volume, one tone, three-way switch
