ctte
Whenever I use my Fender Blues Jr and Telecaster, I get this overly-trebly type of sound. Yet I don't mind it at all! I am influenced by people like Roy Buchanan and Danny Gatton, and so I strive towards getting a very trebly sound. Who else doesn't mind this tone? Just wondering, because usually it's not really peoples' thing. Yet an icepick tone must have its advantages, right? Like, in terms of cutting through the mix? L5Larry
And just exactly why would you come to the GIBSON forums to discuss this?
kidblast
^--- LOL!!! Touche Larry! I guess I'm not a fan of the over bite that a fender amp and a axe like a tele or a strat are capable of. especially if you happen to be in the cone of death from the speaker throw...
