Murph
Thunders post about the Roland reminded me of the Lab Series amps, and there is a picker around here that uses one. They were Solid State, but had some tube type compression gizmo. His is a 2;12 with Peavey Black Widows, beat to crap, but gigs every weekend. It's got to be 30+ years old, eh? I just thought some of you "old timers" might remember those amps. :) Not responding would be prudent, at this juncture........ Best to ya. Murph. Thundergod
Not responding would be prudent' date=' at this juncture........[/quote'] I dont know if that comment was supposed to be funny but I found it very funny. After reading your post in the other thread I checked them on google... they look like great amps man, all of the pics I found looked like they were old amps. So, you planning on getting one maybe? (I am thinking of ...ehm... disposing of my AC30 and keeping the JC120... there, I said it).:)
rybass
BB plays one, L5 I think. I worked on the stage crew at one of his shows and got to put a couple bottles of water on top of it. I didn't pay much attention to it b/c at the time if it weren't marchall I didn't care.
