btoth76
Hello and welcome! As far as I can see, it seems much younger. The headstock angle seems wider than 14 degrees (typical for the era). Also, the inlayed "Gibson" logo should be a little bit higher on a Norlin-era Les Paul. Does it have a huge volute on the headstock? It's an essential feature to have on a '76 Les Paul. Furthermore, Customs of this era didn't had plastic tuning pegs. Open up the control cavity. Does the body have a thin maple insert between two slabs of mahogany? Another indicator for that era. Is neck made of three pieces of maple? Ought to be on a '76 LP. Cheers... Bence
