lespauldc
In June I percussed a Gibson Les Paul double cutaway off the wall from Guitar Center. In July the neck split! I spoke to Roger, Vincent and William in Customer service and they said that Gibson would make me a new guitar. Its already 5 months since I sent the guitar in and I still don't have it, Is this common waiting time?
KSG_Standard
Probably, I've never had to send a guitar back, but from what I've read on the forums from those who have, it takes quite a while to get it back. Was the guitar a faded LP special DC? If it was, then they should have been able to get you a new one fairly quickly. If it was a custom shop, reissue LP DC, the long wait makes more sense. Somebody else on the forum probably has a similar experience to yours and will probably chime in soon...Good luck.

rocketman
Don't know about the double cut, but my Premium Plus took about 4 months after I had it order from my music supplier...
Flight959
I suggest you chase them up! Good Luck, Flight959
deepblue
I know its a pain waiting, but you cant rush workmanship. Id rather them take their time and do it right, then do a rushed, half assed job and send it back. Give them a call to give you an update. Youll get your baby back...no worries.
