Dave1984 Posted December 16, 2013 Share Posted December 16, 2013 Hello all, I am trying to identify the candy apple red explorer that is used on the Rocksmith (original game) intro showing the man playing all of the various Gibson's and Epiphone's. That particular explorer is only there for a flash. But I can see chrome pickup covers, and the pickup toggle is by the volume knobs instead of the usual lower and forward position. It also has no pick guard. I am thinking it is a 1984 explorer, but I want to be sure as I may want to order a custom model in that color. Any help is greatly appreciated.
