tweed2
Just wondering, has there ever been a 12 string Masterbilt? I've done several searches and can't find a clue that there ever was. If not, why not?

Red 333
Nope, never was a 12-string. My guess is that's because 12-string acoustics are definitely in the minority of guitars sold. Red

Red 333 very true but its still a really nice instrument when played solo or in the right tune so why not a master 12 string. I'd buy one in a heart beat. Lost the best 12 string I've ever heard In a divorce. Yamaha LL16

el capitan
The Bard is as good as it gets - I have a 60's that's the same as a Gibson B45-12 favoured by Leo Kottke & Goordon Lightfoot. I would have bought an Orbison re-issue but (1.) There's far too much tatty bling & (2.) The dealer failed to tell me they were discounting this model from £550 to £350. el capitan
I meant tacky not tatty. The Macca Texan got it right-even then the case is a bit OTT.
