moiso
Greetings. Firstly, apologies for my English. I have a Gibson J-35 in the body and I have made a small deep scratch. I wonder if there is a product to cover the scratch. Visually I do not care, but I want to hide the touch. Thanks for the help.
kidblast
pictures would help (get a photobucket account and upload them, then paste the contents of the img link here.) if it's really deep and penetrates the finish down to the wood, it's probably not something that you can make DIY on. We'd have to see what it looks like to tell you more. But if it's really deep it's probably something that you would want someone who does cosmetic instrument repairs look at. if you don't know what you're doing, you can just make it worse. moiso
Not very deep. What I want is to apply some kind of enamel or gum to leave the smooth scratch, although visually display. Possible?, Considering that bring nitrocellulose?
kidblast
there are products on the market that can help to remove or at least diminish surface scratches. just dbl check it's nitro safe if you're going to order anything like: http://www.amazon.com/Players-Guitar-Scratch-Remover-Eternashine/dp/B008NRF8R2
