Photos, would help, but as I remember, those tuner buttoms are avaiable through Grover Machine (replacement buttons). https://www.grotro.com/ Also, try Stewart-MacDonald Luthier Supplies http://www.stewmac.com/ As to "engraved" Gold tailpiece, or Humbucker covers? Those will probably have to be "custom made," and you'll have check around for various sources. Might (probably) involve buying a stock tailpiece, and covers, and having the engraving done later, and then replated? There are usually "plating services" in most major cities. Good Luck!
