My Les Paul Model and Specs

Hello,

 

I am trying to find what are the specifications of my Gibson Les Paul. I am interested in the Model (i.e. Standard, Custom, etc.), what kind of pickups does it has, etc.

I already know the information provided by the serial number (i.e. Manufacturing Date, Manufacturing Site, etc.). I included some pictures in this post. Any help will

be greatly appreciated.

On the tag: LPST = Les Paul Standard.

Looks like HS after that, Heritage Sunburst, something like that.

If you send the serial number and the same pics to Gibson Customer Service they will let you know exactly...

Kind of hard to read the year, but it is a les Paul standard plus in heritage cherry sunburst, with chrome hardware, if the year is an 08 which is what it kind of looks like, I would day it is a chambered body with burstbucker pro pickups.

Funny how the hardware spec on the tag can be read "CH" as well as "NH" which indeed is correct either. Pickup covers, bridge, tailpiece and pegs are chrome-plated while the tuner housings have a nickel surface. Two more recent Les Paul guitars of mine came that way, too. B)

 

However, the spec denomination would be "CH" here.

rct - agreed. The tag would also indicate, if correct, a 2006.

 

ahh yes had i looked at the tag instead of the serial number lol so it could be modern or traditional weight relief crap shoot being that it was around mid 2006, I am gonna guess traditional.
