The 2003 BRW boards Gibson sold where certified, did your retailer pass on the certification? I wouldn't think you'd have a problem even if they didn't, fact is, in order to argue that it's not certified would be to argue that it's fake since the use if BRW, by Gibson, in 2003, is well documted.
