Damn I want your job. If you can just drop 7K for new guitars and shrug it off like you are buying a pack of gum, I am clearly in the wrong profession.

LOL.... I do have a great gig goin..... And finalizing a divorce helps and only having a monthly $1600 child support bill I have to pay on for one more year... But my daughter is worth it.

Dont have to look back on anything I buy these days.... But I do need to be sensitive around the holidays.... Especially with my daughters healthy Christmas list [scared]

Oh yah, the Lemon Burst. Beautiful.

You've been gathering quite the collection as of late. This is another great get.

What ya lookin for in the top flame - highly flamed, subtle flame . . . ?

.

Thanks..... I look for mineral streaks mostly.... I dont like the flame to look overly structured to where it looks like a striped shirt.... It does matter how pronounced or subtle the flame is, as long as it doesn't appear so booked match that it looks like it's painted

Beautiful guitar. I love the sound of a 335.

Thanks Frances [thumbup] .... I have a Epi JL Revolution Casino that is a great player, but the upper fret access is just not there... So this one will make up for it... Plus it has double cream hummers which Gibson rarely does from the factory

Sorry to hear about that. Last I knew you were happily married, not that I know anything about it.

Just saying, sounds like it has been challenging for you the past couple or few years.

So, hoping things start working for the better for you.

AND, it occurs to me we are in a position to start hearing some music from you again? Judging from what I have heard from your past and where things are now, my expectations are pretty high.

No pressure.

Thanx.... I'm on the road so much, it was really wearing down on her.... People think being able to go all over world and living out of a hotel is exciting.... But it gets old and lonely...lol...

As for music, we have been in the studio for three weeks and will be releasing some stuff very soon [thumbup]

I have child support on 2 kids. One is 16 and will be 17 in January and the other is 15. Looking forward to that ending in a few years.

Two boys, 28 and 30. They cost me more per month now than when I was paying their mother child support.

The occasional tank of gas.

Car Insurance,

Renter's insurance,

guitars for the musician.

Music lessons.

Racing bikes for the triathlete.

Air fare to a race or two each year.

Ski trip for all of us.

I had my eye on an $11,000 camera lens earlier this year, but the money got sucked into the black hole called "Helping the boys out."

Yes, they are expensive, but I love them anyway and would have it no other way.
