Victory Pete Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 I bought a set of 500T and 496R pickups in double black from Guitars&Gear. What I got was 2 500Ts. the 496R box contained a 500T. So after many calls and nonreturned e-mails to Gibson I get them to send a replacement, and even after I clearly explained the issue, guess what I get? The same thing, another 500T.
