crust
the top, back, sides, internal support bracing parts, neck ? Is it all the same, or various different kinds, used in the different structural parts of these instruments ?
Parabar
Top, back and sides are laminated maple, necks are mahogany, fingerboards are rosewood. I've never seen specs for internal bracing, so they can be almost anything, although Epiphone may use mostly one type of wood or another. The higher-end versions (Elitist, Inspired by John Lennon, etc.) use higher-grade maple and mahogany than the standard Casinos, and there may be differences in the number of plies in the laminated woods, but the bodies are maple and necks are mahogany in all cases.
