Richie111 Posted February 6, 2015 Share Posted February 6, 2015 I have a beautiful 1977 Thunderbird that I bought with the original case back in 1986 for just $475. It's truly a wonderful instrument. The neck is starting to bow a little and needs to be straightened. I was hoping someone could tell me exactly which size tool/nut driver is needed for this particular bass? I'm experienced with doing truss adjustments and setups, but when I tried using an all-purpose tool it slipped and I became reluctant to try another size in fear of stripping it.
