ES335 Construction in 2003

I recently purchased what I understand to be an ES335 Dot made in April 2003 in Nashville. I've attached some pics of the body label, PUPS and PUP cavities. I was under the impression that Gibson paints the PUP cavities but these are unfinished. Also, the serial number suggests it was made in Nashville but the body label says Memphis. Bottom line, is this a real Gibson ES335 Dot? The PUP's have a "Patent Applied For" label but no Gibson logo. Is that normal?

Thanks.

Should I assume that the PUPS are '57's?

Yes, but..... there was no difference in the "PAF" sticker for the "57" and "57+". The only different marking was a foil sticker wrapped around the lead wire noting "57+". The foil sticker could easily fall off or be removed, although the difference could be determined by checking the pickup resistance.

It's really no big deal either way, your safe, and accurate, to say they are "57's".

Thanks for the help folks. I heard back from Gibson Customer service. They confirmed that it was made in Memphis. After 2000 ES335's were built with either Grover or Gibson Deluxe tuners. PUPS are '57 Classic's. Volume pots are 300K, tone pots are 500K.

So it appears mine is all factory standard.
