skilsaw
Murphy, the big guy with the straggly beard and droopy mustache that is on the Gibson YouTube videos. Yeah, him. He use to give the guitars their final polish with his facial hairs. If it was close to lunch, the food in the beard gave the guitars a swirled woody look. This treatment was reserved for the vintage custom traditional guitars Well, anyway, so that guy Murphy, he dies, see so the 2015s don't have the look. I'm sorry. There will never be another Les Paul like a 2014. We miss you Murphy.

billymagnum
the main differences between 2014 and 2015 models are pretty commonly known. 2015 has wider necks/lower frets, the auto-tuners are re-branded and have updated software, the wires are thicker, there are decidedly creepy holograms of les paul on the back of the headstocks and on the front a scribbly signature, you get a big plastic guitar case now, and the brass nut which gibson will have to send you a replacement for because they fail. id reap the benefits of 2014. among great specs and great quality, don't forget the price difference. 2014's can be had for quite a bit less these days.
