Allie Posted March 30, 2015 Share Posted March 30, 2015 I saw one on ebay a couple of years ago in Vinal Haven, Maine.......I wanted it in the worst way but if I recall it was only a few months old and the price was around 2400.00....or maybe a bit more I forget now either way it was out of my comfort zone at that time. Hogeye Posted March 31, 2015 Share Posted March 31, 2015 I don't know the year it was made but I will tell you this. Between 1990 and 2004 they made 194 antique ebony J-45's with nickel hardware. There were less than 20 with gold hardware. Gibson built the guitars to order back in the day and if they announced a total of 75 to be built that would not mean they built all 75.
