JSTJEAN Posted March 30, 2015 Share Posted March 30, 2015 I have a 1980 DMZ4000 Kramer Bass with active electronics. The module is bad and the numbers on the part are DBL-3 and 32880. I have 2 mini switches, the top one makes the P-Bass pickup sound either like a single coil or a humbucker and it operates correctly. The other switch is a 3-way toggle switch that is suppose to boast the bass in one position, bypass in the middle position and boast the highs in the other position. I had the music store tech check it out and he said the active module was bad and not the switch. So now I am trying to find a replacement for it. The bass has one volume and one tone knob with two mini switches and 1 P-bass (split) pickup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
