I guess you mean the strings going over the tail piece? The seller must of did it I'll change it when I put new strings on it. I've seen other guitars like it. It's called wraparound. I'm looking at position of saddles on bridge..It just looks much different than where my saddles are positioned...different string than me..tuning....just sayin.. Looking at some other people's Les pauls it can change quite a bit. Normally their near the middle but I have seen some where their all the back or reverse.
