Epiphone Customer Service

Cobalt

Recommended Posts

So I have an Epiphone Swingster that I bought in 2011 and it accidentally fell over on me and broke a part on the Bigsby. What broke was the little ring that holds on the Bigsby arm. I did find a website that had what looked like to be the piece but i wanted to be sure so I sent a email to Epiphone Customer Service. I told my situation and enclosed a photo to them. They got back to me and asked me for the Serial Number and I sent it to them. The next day I received an email saying that they were sending the part out to me free of charge. Well I was very pleased with that as i was not expecting that at all. So today the part came and to my surprise they sent me the entire Bigsby unit. My hat's off to Epiphone and their customer service. They went way above and beyond any expectations I had. I just wanted to post that.

Good to know, Cobalt. That's really decent customer service. If a new part is needed, that certainly makes life a lot easier. As a new Epiphone owner, I'm now more confident that should I require servicing of some kind, the company will step up! Nice! [thumbup]

I've written to Epiphone's customer service people on a few occasions now, mostly just technical questions as apposed to problems. Though it may take them several days to respond (understandably), they always reply and have been helpful.

No way! That sort of thing just doesn't happen in this day and age. Yay Epiphone!

I chipped one of the tone knobs on my lefty Casino and customer service was very helpful in providing a replacement, although I don't think they initially realized that the tone and volume knobs for left-handed guitars have a different configuration from the right-handed ones.
