Sheraton II Pro Arrived

Eldrix

Recommended Posts

Very nice, indeed! [thumbup]

I have a natural finish Sheraton II, myself (though not a pro...I guess mine's an amature :P )

From the few online pix I had seen, it looks like they are being made with the five piece necks again. Does your model have the five piece neck and was it made in Korea?

I'm sure your have years of enjoyment with your "out did 335".

Yes, the 5 piece neck and it was made in china, just like my WildKat and SG, at factory 20.

Thank you, I will enjoy it for a long time.

Hi,

I am planning to get this as my first electric guitar. Is the Sheraton II Pro better than the Sheraton II? I assume so but I ask as the shop near me has this $50 cheaper than the non-pro which seems puzzling.

Is 5 piece neck better than 3?

Thanks!

they should both have 5-piece necks. the main difference is the PRO has ProBucker pickups with coil tapping. now would be the time to buy since Epiphone is offering the 15% discount

Cool. I have just put down a deposit at my local store (ordered the wine red) and will be in stock in a couple of weeks. Can't wait!

Got my Epiphone Sheraton II Pro a recently. There was no 15% deal in Canada but the wine red was gassing me so badly I had to have one. So far it's an excellent guitar but a little on the heavy side. Got used to playing my Elitist Casino and Washburn HB36 (sold my Dot last year and regret it). I really like these (335) style guitars and the Sheraton adds another dimension of sound to the mix. So far very satisfied.

I heard a recent Sheraton Pro (Wine Red), this weekend, in the hands of a REALLY GOOD player! It sounded Great!

Certainly as good as any similar Gibson, out there! I was told, it was "all stock," regarding electronics, and

pickups. I've always like them, and especially so, with the more "Gibson like" body, that the newer (non-Samick)

versions have. But, that's just an aesthetic thing, with Me. So, congratulations, on your recent acquisition!
