Guitar137335
Hi, So it's been pretty hot here lately and I had to do an outside gig with my SG. Seems to have caused a crack from the 1fret to the 15th under the fretboard binding. It's very small and hard too see, its almost perfectly straight. Think it's just a lacquer crack will it be ok to leave it? Here's a pic it's under the 15th fret https://www.imageupload.co.uk/image/Zx6S Thanks! btoth76
Hello! Depending on how much this lacquer crack annoys You, and how handy You're, the following trick would solve the problem: http://www.stewmac.com/How-To/Trade_Secrets/Hiding_an_evil_smile_peghead_break_with_the_Razor_Blade_Trick.html Just use black glue, instead of amber: http://www.stewmac.com/Materials_and_Supplies/Glues_and_Adhesives/Glues/StewMac_Super_Glues/StewMac_Tinted_Super_Glue.html Good luck...
