Grog Posted August 29, 2015 Share Posted August 29, 2015 Photos would help................. If it is indeed a decal, they were only used three years. The number starting with 99 would indicate that it is a 1975, but it would have to be an 8 digit number. A 1968 Custom would not have a "Made in USA" stamp on it anywhere.
