kaicho8888
Ok, I pulled the little knob to disengage the Schaller strap locks and it came off and left the plunger in. So you can't remove the strap and with the strap lock on... and it's a tight fit to get the LP back in the case. The plunger is threaded to the knob and is springloaded to remain locked in with the guitar body. You can't get a small needle nose pliers in the there to pull the end of the plunger so you can disconnect the strap from the body. TIP: I found that you can flip the guitar and the threaded plunger end will pop out enough so you can pull it with a pair of pliers and disconnect the strap part. When you reassemble the parts, use locktite to secure the knob to the threaded plunger.
old guy
or you could just buy a set of Mawson Leather strap locks. I have been using them for 3 decades and have never had one fail.

Eracer_Team
looks to me that you just need to add some lock tight to them. can't expect mechanical things to stay together without maintenance.. add some lock tight or my preference and bottle of finger nail polish my wife has laying around. dab on the threads and will lock it up for you.
