A while back I bought this Lag Jet 100 guitar. I only paid £53 and it's a great guitar. jet_zpsd2xh9b8t.jpg

I've been looking at Ibanez RG's, but I've seen a Lag Jet 1000. Has anyone played/owned one?

It comes with Steve Lukather EMG's. Anyone tried those?

The only downside is I can't try it. It's in Germany and I'm in the UK.

The price is great. Around an LP studio price.

LAG guitars (French-made instruments) have a strong reputation in Europe.

I personally LOVE that Jet 100 of yours.

It is very fetching.

All the LAG series of guitars are made in France, except for their 'Hotline' series, which are made in Korea to LAG specifications.

The body has a nice contour. It sort of bends around you

Oddly enough in my inbox this am there was a link to Gear4Music's Black Friday deals and see what the demo-guy is playing;

Also I don't know if Knighton Guitars is anywhere near you Lashurst, but they have a few models;
