PursuitOfTone Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 The Les Paul Menace (and the SG) used the following pickups.... 490R Smoky Coil neck pickup 498T Smoky Coil bridge pickup I am sure that they are not available from Gibson in the Smokey Coil versions. I want confirmation that the current offerings of the pickups would have the same exact specifications and tone.. Also, anyone know of anyone selling some of the smokey coil units?
