swelby
Stewmacs floating wood bridge for archtops compensate for wound thirds. IOW, the 3rd string contact point is further up, not further back in relation to the 2nd string. Anyone know where to find floating bridge for plain 3rds? L5Larry
Your question is not clear to me. Which one are you looking for?
jdgm
In my experience wooden bridges are either compensated (back) for the G string....or not. You will have to look at a lot of different bridges from different suppliers, or get one made.
swelby
Your question is not clear to me. Which one are you looking for? I just corrected my post. I meant to say the standard compensation is for WOUND 3rds. And I'm looking for one that compensates for plain 3rd.

Guess I just need to look for a non-compensated (for G)
jdgm
I wish you luck. Um...(in my experience!) finding the right one for a specific guitar can be a bit of a search. It has to sit on its base and not be too high overall. Also they aren't usually notched.... The guitar in the pic is mine BTW and went back to the makers - years after it was made - for the bridge to be properly radiused to the neck. The strings are Thomastik light flats with a wound 3rd.
