Raykpt
A coworker brought this in and asked for help finding information on it. Any help is appreciated. Year, brief history, etc. Thanks!
JimR56
The model was introduced in 1972, and that serial number would place it between 1972 and 1975 (can't be more specific, as Gibson's serial numbering system was disorganized at that time). The pot codes might give a more precise date. The ES325 was not a very successful model, and the 1970's is not generally thought of as a good period for Gibson guitars, but the uniqueness of that design (hollow body; mini-humbucker pickups) makes them desirable to some people. guitaraddict1
Very cool guitar. Think neck was great! I just sold one to buy a 2014 Trini Lopez.
