The leader was playing a Gibson guitar I did not recognize. it did not have a soundhole, but small grilled opening in the op of the upper bout. It was also a thinline acoustic. I've attached a picture. Closest I can come up with is that it looks a little like a chet atkins cet... I don't recall those having that offset sound hole, or a pick guard. interesting...
