Jens von Bust
Hi, I have some Gibsons from the 80's. Would be nice to know the total shipment details for those specific models that current year from Gibson. For my 1979 Les Paul Custom it was easy as pie: just looked it up in Gibson Shipment Totals 1937-1979 by Larry Meiners. Anything like that for models manufactured in the 80s? Cheers! Crippy
I found that book , but the cheapest is almost $200 I'm really just looking to find a les Paul custom made October 16,1978 so serial number would be 72898xxx. Not a specific one just to see how many were made that day so when I am searching I know I can skip certain listings because they are the wrong specs. Crippy
That helps a ton. Is there a way to break it down by month or is this as detailed as it gets?
