C-RAM
I enjoy listening to National Public Radio, especially their Morning Edition broadcast - keeps me abreast of current events and trends. This morning I was treated to a story about a Canadian grindcore band with an interesting choice of vocalist... caused me a great deal of mirth. Check it out - there's a vid in the story as well; makes for a memorable experience http://www.npr.org/2016/05/04/476508139/this-aint-your-mamas-grindcore-band-its-his
merciful-evans
An update on the Partridge Family? I stayed for just over the minute. She must have a horrible speaking voice ;)
C-RAM
She must have a horrible speaking voice ;) You can hear her converse in the audio interview; quite normal and pleasant, to my ears. "Things aren't always what they seem"
saturn
I checked it out, and thought it was an interesting little article. The music isn't anything I would listen much to, no matter who the "singer" is. But, more power to her.
merciful-evans
The interesting thing for me is that it seems unlikely that she would be into this music either. In which case she would just vocally copy what that genre sounds like to her. If those assumptions are right, it seems odd that it would work at all. But evidently it does work (I cant tell; its music I'm unable to appreciate) because shes singing in the band. Good luck to her & the band.
