Nice Epi G-400. However, it's not a "Custom." It's a white "Standard" G-400.

Now, if you mean it was a "custom color," at the time of manufacture, that may

be true?

The Epi G-400 Custom ("Antique Ivory"=off white) had 3 pickups, bound neck and headstock,

with "split diamond" inlay, and gold hardware. There was a version that was Pelham Blue,

with long Maestro vibrola, and only 2 Humbucker pickups.

"Pelham Blue" w/Maestro

Both now, out of production.

Congratulations, on your new (to you) G-400. [thumbup][biggrin]

It looks like this is an 08 based on the SN. Had it plugged into my little 15 watt Vox, didn't sound bad at all. Overall I think she's a keeper....

Yea, I know...epi puts "custom" on everything.... it's says custom shop on the back, which is a little meaningless if everything is "custom".... but, still a decent guitar, stays in tune, all frets are good.... thinking about having a bigsby put on, perhaps next year....
