Since drumming is not something I do in the band I play with I couldn't see spending the outrageous cost of even a used oyster pearl Ludwig kit. I found this used Taye kit in oyster pearl and traded a guitar that I wasn't bonding with. The Ludwig Beatles bass drum head was a Father's Day gift from my kids.
