surfpup Posted June 30, 2016 Share Posted June 30, 2016 New Bass Body Day! Picked up this Fender Mex. loaded Jazz Bass body for $150 shipped on eBay. Only a scratch or two. Just need a neck, some tuners, and a neck plate and I'm off to the races. Should come in under $350 total. I might add a beefier bridge too. They've got roasted / baked maple in their offerings now - they look gooooooood (not sure how long they've done them - new to me at least).
