My Kramer The '84

Recommended Posts

I bought this over a year ago and it has been probably my most used guitar.

This thing is heavy! But I find it hard online to find the proper specs of this guitar. And where it is made seems to be hidden though I think it is Korea.

I found this online.

Specifications

Body: Maple

Neck: Maple

Pickup: Seymour Duncan JB

Bridge: Floyd Rose Tremolo

Controls: 1 volume w/ push-pull series parallel coil tap

Neck Radius: 12" Radius

Frets: 22 frets

Scale Length: 25.5" Scale

Colour: Red Diver/Down Stripe

Love it though, I do miss a neck pickup on it though as there is no tone control.

You may be able to plug the serial number into guitar dater project and find out where it's made. these Kramers use the same serial number coding as Epiphone. I'm guessing Korea too.

Not sure what year/make/sn# it is,,but looks like a neat axe. It does need 2 more PU's+knobs IMO,,BUT were sure youll get great stuff out of it as is. I have a 84 Kramer Stryker that is my roadhorse beat the crap out of it gtr,,but it holds tune+tone quite well. I like yours as well.
