Stringed instrument bows.I recently purchased a good french violin online(Goodwill) and it included two bows.One was a nice generic German pernanbucco bow,but the other one is a GIBSON! Doing a little research,it seems Gibson decided to enter the stringed instrument market with violins,violas,cellos and basses and their respective bows.The theory was that with Germany at war with us,they would make American instruments for the market.
