Karloff
Should have been done in the late 70's. Haven't made an album after Some Girls that I give a squat about. Shoulda been done after Goat Heads Soup.

bobouz
As a junior high aged kid, loved the first three Stones albums. They mostly lost me after that, except for an occasional winner. Yardbirds from the '60s still grab me, especially Jeff Beck's fine work.

MrNylon
I lost interest in the Stones about 1970-1971, there about's. The earlier stuff was great!
sparquelito
I respect the Rolling Stones, and my band does one or two of their classics, upon request. That said, here is a short list of bands/artists that I have a close personal history of admiration for, followed by a short list of bands/artist that I never, ever really got into. Can't say why, it just is what it is. Sometimes it's just a matter of time and place. Admire/Love to play: David Bowie The Beatles Rick Derringer Alice Cooper Neil Finn Elvis Costello Hank Williams Johnny Cash The Beach Boys Three Dog Night KISS Jeff Lynne/ELO David Baerwald Tommy James & The Shondells Cheap Trick Tommy Emmanuel Foreigner Merle Haggard Green Day Argent/Rod Argent/The Zombies Joe Walsh SRV Allan Brothers Band Led Zeppelin Neil Young Fleetwood Mac Elvis Presley Grand Funk Railroad Tom Petty Glen Campbell Foo Fighters/Dave Grohl CCR Pink Floyd Harry Nilsson .....and many more. Never got into/don't especially care for/but might play them because the audience requests it: Bob Dylan The Band The Grateful Dead The Rolling Stones The Doors The Tragically Hip The Flaming Lips Coldplay/Oasis/The Knack Okay, I'm gonna shut up now.
