Epiphone Factory Tour

WLOQ

Recommended Posts

There is a really interesting Epiphone factory tour (China) video on YouTube (September 29,2016). It's worth checking out (15:57), IMO.

There are quite a few interesting take-a-ways. Average employee tenure at this factory is 10 years. Quality control specialists average 12 years on the job. Lots of hand work and some newer technology to enhance efficiency and quality. Spotted some interesting guitar bodies. Plant manager (American) seems cool. Texas-like accent in China. I think the video may be part of a news or vlog program?

The title of the video is: Epiphone Factory In China. Enjoy!

Cool video, thanks for sharing!

You're listening to WLOQ, Q102, the only station that really rocks in ORLANDO!

Yes, it's a really interesting video.

Deeman, WLOQ-FM at 103.1, in Central Florida (Winter Park). It was one of America's top contemporary jazz radio station for a generation. I worked there (mid 1980's) as an air personality and also sold advertising.

Oh, well no wonder I thought your user name sounded like a radio station. Cool! My wife and I love listening to WDCB, public radio station in Chicago that plays great jazz music.
