BluesKing777
I was going to keep it to myself, and then I wasn't, and then I was.....but I love my guitar sound I got, so only fools and horses and all that - here is my solo arrangement of the Stones' "Angie" played on my old Gibson L-0: https://soundcloud.com/bk7-3/angie7 BluesKing777. blindboygrunt
Good job BK Can understand the two minds. , who dares **** with the stones stuff eh ? And the song is mentioned here at least once a month It's a toughie to sing and play simultaneously because of the fiddly guitar parts while the vocals are slow n mellow , hard to be Keith and mick at the same time Some superb fingering in there for sure. Take a tip from one who's tried Liked it a lot
BluesKing777
Thanks Murph and BBG! Yes, it was a bit tricky doing both vox/guit, but while I would love to be able to say that I thought it would be a good idea to whip up a quick version yesterday or even the day before.....not so! Many versions, more attempts over many years! Had it down pretty good. And as the record light goes on, Foofed it. But it is a matter of getting the guitar down pat, so you can sing without thinking too much. And there we are.... BluesKing777.
