Serial number is 000282 and has no made in USA stamped underneath it. Shop manager told me it is early 2000 reissue however, I am having hard time varifying that. Can anyone help me out? Thanks on 2016 and 2017 models, the first two digits indicate the year. Your serial indicates it is indeed a 2016. They may have changed it in 2015 as well, but i can not say for sure.
