Aragon
Hi there! Finally got my hands on this new 339 over Christmas. Plays great - so all good - apart from the serial number being written wrong on the inside and on the certificate of authenticity. I'm pretty sure it's real - just an error in Memphis hopefully. It's from gear4music in UK. I guess I'm another cautionary tale about buying online. All the best for 2017 everyone! Aragon
BigKahune
. That serial error is a bit odd, but the stamped serial should be correct. You might want to get with Gibson and see what they say about the serial situation - they might be willing to send you a correct COA. I've seen this come up a coupla times here on these forums and the owners got new/correct COAs. Beautiful. Great burst on a very nice looking plain top. Congrats and enjoy. Beautiful. . B) . AnOctopus
Huh... wonder if the inscriber read it upside down and messed up the last 6/9. Are you sure it's a ES-339 and not a ES-336? Nice guitar!
Pesh
Congratulations on the new ES! Nice guitar and a great present!

kaicho8888
Very nice...congrats! It could be a high "6"? Or it reads "6" when the guitar is strapped on your shoulders. Why have this paper label anyways?...tradition?
