62burst
Strange. Headstock shows it as a 2016, tuners have been aged, but the top of the Vintage doesn't look terribly toasted. The HCS 'Bird has the headstock stamp of a 2013. Go figure.

Lars68
which disclaimer ? The one about not being liable for typos. But what about ordering one, hoping they won't discover? Lars
EuroAussie
The one about not being liable for typos. But what about ordering one, hoping they won't discover? Lars Well, I reckon it might be the real deal. Just dont know why its so discounted. Not for me as Im tickled pink with my very nicely aging HBTV, but for other Euro types ... what a deal. Lars68
I see the guitar is listed on their Hot Deals page. So, the price looks to be real after all. Quite a deal!! Lars
littlejohnny
I wondered about the same thing, and actually there are a few others stores here in germany selling it for the same price. https://www.session.de/GIBSON-Hummingbird-Vintage-2016-VCS.html I will also stay with my tv bird, gibson pricing always seems strange to me, what about a dove for 4 k? http://www.musik-produktiv.de/gibson-classic-dove-acoustic-vos.html?gclid=CMDUm4b0ztECFeUp0wodqCMNjQ

(thanks imgur, that took almost 90 sec to register & upload; I'll check back with Photobucket to see if they've gotten themselves straightened out sometime down the road)

Old Neil
I would say it is legitimate. I picked up mine here in Europe (albeit with a Christmas holiday special deal) for more or less the same price as the OP (€2600), so I know it's possible. That's what you get for having the South Pacific peso as your currency. The SPP used to be the NZD. Now you're almost the same. What happened? What happened? We got a new Great Leader oh Poobah! (Mr Noddy) who stabbed the previous who stabbed the previous who stabbed the.....we must have had 10 Grand Poobahs while you had one for 8. Going to fix everything! Sure did! Sound familiar? Good luck. Anyway, I could get 2, maybe 3 Birds of different woods made by Cargill for the price of that one above? Though I prefer 00 size, gave myself an arm ache playing my Gibson 12 string earlier. BluesKing777.
