elgatomiguelky
Hello all, Bought a Gibson/Epiphone Les Paul Birdseye Maple today. I looked up on the "inter-webs" that by the serial number S4062225, that it was made in Simick Plant, Korea in either 1984 or 1994 (I'm banking 1994)in June and the production number is 2225. My question is this; Does anyone know where I can look up what options if any were available (i.e. pickup types)? This guitar is in fantastic shape and sounds even better. Thanks for everyone's two cents.

Thanks for everyone's two cents. probably not too many options available. Epiphones back then usually came with their standard chinese alnico pickups. you can usually find out by removing one, flipping it over, and seeing what's on the back of the pickup
Pin
Very nice looking guitar if I might say so. I'd swap the pickups out for a pair of four conductor Bare Knuckle PAFs if that machine were mine.
