Deckadance 2 Activation Error in activation

I am having trouble with the activation of the deckadance 2 standard version I purchased, since two weeks ago.

After uploading the activation request file, this message shows: "An authorization response file could not be generated, if this error persists please contact Technical Support."

Please let me know what I have to do in order to manage to activate it.

Hi Ana,

Are you using Windows or Mac? Have you tried another web browser (...or another computer)? Make sure that your computer's time is updated.

Hello Luis,

I have tried it from a different computer as well and my computer's time is updated.

After trying to update the activation file (it is a .crq file) the message "An authorization response file could not be generated, if this error persists please contact Technical Support" still appears.

Is there another way to activate it since I have been trying for almost 1 month now. Please help :)

Please attach here the CRQ file in a zip file and send me a private message with the email that you have used to register in the Cakewalk store.
