Zero Glide nut on a Casino?

I'm considering a Zero Glide nut for my Blak n Blu Casino, have had anumber of issues with it (Bigsby model) and I'm thinking this may help. The best part is you don't modify the nut slot so I can always put the original back.

Anyone used a Zero Glide before?

Not sure of the size to order either, they list sizes for Gibsons and Fenders but not Epi's.

The biggest problem is it has a Bigsby and the tuning issues that come with it. Unfortunately when I bought it I didn't know they also came without one.

I have installed a BricksBiggsFix roller (better but the issue seems to be the nut) and tried a softer spring (different issue, the Bigsby on this guitar is very stiff, not nearly as smooth as others I've had or played) I have to lube the nut to even have a reasonable chance for it to stay in tune.

This seems like it might work and like I said doesn't require any mods to the guitar itself so I can always go back to original if I want too.

I'm just curious if anyone's tried one yet.

I use Tusq nuts on most of my trem geets Doug, work very well and won't break the bank. They come a little high, just rub the underside (bottom) in a figure 8 pattern on a piece of sandpaper laid on a flat surface to get the action how you like it.

For Epis the model is PQ-6060, can usually get the best deals on eBay and such.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uCOqXdAjaN4You may have flex in the top under the Bigsby causing tuning issues.

I had an issue with a Casino top that had sunk like a cake. I cut a small cube of Maple and slid it in the body. It is basically a sound pole like fine Violins use. Try this under the Bigsby. You won't need glue. I didn't use a round dowel. I used a square block which I cut from a Maple board.. Took 15 mins to do.
