63 sg custom? want to put a 5 way switch to utilze 3 pick ups

i was told it's a 63 SG custom, this axe was repaired w/o any original parts, and, i would like to install a 5 way switch to utilize the three pick ups ala a strat. what switch would best suit these parameters?

Stew Mac offers quite a selection of switches for more than three positions. Maybe the best for your application would be their "Free-Way Ultra Switch". It has 4 poles and 6 positions available allowing you to access any pickup or coil combination. A 3/8" body cavity depth is required.

Seems I have seen SG Custom's with 3 pickups so Gibson must make a switch for those, but didn't see it in their "Store". Plus I don't think their wiring would give you what you want as it is generally position 1: neck pickup only, 2: middle and bridge pickups, and 3: bridge only.
