There was a Les Paul Custom that I used to lust over that had the gold pickup covers with Gibson stamped on it. It was a cherry sunburst, binding on top and back (I think) but the thing I remember most was the gold pickup covers with Gibson stamped on them. That guitar was so easy to play and sounded so good.
