NAMM NEWS

I have zero interest in actually buying this guitar from D'Angelico but saw it in an email from Premiere Guitar about NAMM coverage & wanted to post up a picture of it. I saw that there was no NAMM threads & wondered why no one had posted something up so I could post it there. If there is a NAMM thread & I didn't see it - please direct me there & I'll ask the mods to delete this one. Anyway, please post up anything you've seen online from Summer NAMM because we all love gear porn [drool]

This limited edition sells for $2699. If you're a Marilyn Monroe fan you might lay out this kind of money - I am a fan - but would not lay out that kind of money. Here she is for your viewing pleasure.

I wouldn't pay that amount for (a guitar commeration of) Marilyn. Still, it's a fine looking guitar and one would assume it sounds good, too. Much less risque than I'd likely designed👹

The most ridiculous thing I've seen so far (price wise) is the 40th Anniversary Boss limited edition set. Price? $899 Yes I realize they're limited edition and they're handwired and they're made in Japan (vs Taiwan). I own & have always owned a bunch of Boss pedals - some MIJ, some MIT, but I find that price ridiculous. I would like to try that Spectrum SP-1 because that's one I never tried, but.. [blink]

Yeah I never tried the spectrum either.

Hey Rev I know you're a fellow pedal geek. Whaddaya think? They should have done the PH-1r instead of the PH-1 huh?? The res knob gives it so much more range
