Firebird III 2003 reissue 1964

Hi

I have a FIREBIRD III 2003 reissue 1964 model but i need some information about the guitar ,te serial Nr is 030074 :

 

1° is this guitar made by the customshop ?

2° in the blue book is mentionned that the guitar is part of the Historic collection ....is this correct , anyway on the case is the logo "Custom Art Gibson Historic"

3° there's no COA with the guitar , but I was informed that the COA came starting 2001 and even not all the firebirds guitars after 2001 had a COA , is this correct ?

4° any idea how many firebirds reissue 1964 guitars were made ?
